Our mission is to ensure the efficient operation of the laboratory while saving costs. We adopt corresponding up-to-date measures to reduce unnecessary cost inputs, such as spare parts, personnel inefficiencies, waste of consumables, and savings on operational electricity and water expenses. The timeliness, accuracy, and compliance of our service and maintenance will meet the ever-changing needs of our clients during the operational phase. We provide integrated building space services (electronic systems).

Laboratory Closure Phase

Our mission is to minimize the investment during the closure phase while maximizing early and as much revenue as possible, such as selling equipment to demand markets, etc. Systematic drawings and lists are generated for channel sales. We follow up on the system data from the construction and operation phases, extracting all lists from the integrated service of building space (electronic systems), and quickly generating product information based on the lists and QR code systems to facilitate decision-making and sales for end customers.
